Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Midnight New Moon. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

• All non-perishable, non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Socks, hats, or any clothing that comes into contact with personal areas
• Custom or personalized items
• Perishable goods

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shpping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
